Customer Service Representative

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at VPC, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed with the utmost care and professionalism. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail will be essential in creating a positive customer experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Answer incoming customer calls, respond to emails, and interact with clients via chat to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.

  2. Problem-Solving: Listen attentively to customer concerns, analyze problems, and find appropriate solutions to exceed customer expectations.

  3. Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot technical issues, provide step-by-step guidance, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department when needed.

  4. Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions and relevant information into the company's database.

  5. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services that align with the customer's needs.

  6. Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of service, adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering a positive and consistent customer experience.

 

Requirements:

Requirements:

  2. Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with auto parts and repairs, as well as an understanding of extended warranties is a plus.

  4. Persuasion and Negotiation: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals and overcome objections.
